Return & Exchange Policy

At Gemior, each piece is thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted to reflect timeless luxury. We hope you cherish your purchase as much as we loved creating it. However, in the rare event that you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Requests for return or exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories intact.
• Items showing any sign of wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and design-specific reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Earrings
• Customised or personalised jewellery
• Items purchased during sales or promotions

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Contact us at support@gemior.com or via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return shipping details.
3. Please ensure the piece is securely packed. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

• Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be processed as:
  - Store credit, valid for 6 months, or
  - Refund to the original payment method (for eligible prepaid orders only) within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear images. Our team will prioritise a replacement or full refund.

6. Gemior Promise

Every Gemior creation undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch. Should there be a genuine manufacturing concern, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund upon review.
