• We offer complimentary standard shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• For express delivery, additional charges may apply (available in select locations).
• Delivery timelines may vary between 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

3. International Shipping

• International shipping is available to select countries. Charges and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) will be borne by the customer as per destination country regulations.

4. Packaging & Security

• Every Gemior order is securely packed in a tamper-proof, luxury box to ensure safe transit.
• We recommend filming an unboxing video to help resolve any issues related to damage or discrepancies.
